Elders
Dick Neal has attended BAC for 42 years and has been an elder or on the board for over 20 years. He really enjoys teaching and being a small group leader for the LIFE ministry. Dick is married to Josie and has three children and one grandchild. He is employed by Agvantage FS in Osage. Dick's hobbies include bicycling and old tractors.
Dan Hageman has been married to Chris for the last 18 years and has three children, Nick, Caleb, and Rylee. Dan is employed at First Citizen's National Bank. He also teaches a Sunday school class, helps with youth group, coaches sports teams, and is a UNI Panther fan.
Doug Sinclair has attended BAC for 26 years. He works at Fort Dodge Animal Health as a senior validation specialist. Doug has served in the LIFE ministry, as a greeter, and in the nursery but he especially enjoys ministering to those in need. He also enjoys music ministry. Doug graduated from Iowa State University in 1970. Go Cyclones!
